By using Whalebox, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

1. Service Description
Whalebox allows users to upload files and share a link to access them. The service is currently private but may become public in the future.

2. User Responsibilities
You are fully responsible for all files you upload. You agree not to upload anything illegal, harmful, infringing, or otherwise prohibited by Canadian law, including the Copyright Act and Criminal Code. You also agree not to use Whalebox to distribute malware, scams, or harmful content. We may remove content that violates these terms.

3. Our Rights
We may delete files, or ban users from the site if we think the service is being misused. We may cooperate with law enforcement when legally required.

4. No Liability
Whalebox is provided “as is.” We are not liable for user-uploaded content, data loss, downtime, errors, or any damages resulting from use of the service. You use Whalebox at your own risk.

5. Copyright Complaints
If you believe content on Whalebox infringes your copyright, please contact us at abuse@whalebox.moe with the file link, proof of ownership, and a request for removal. We will review and remove infringing material as appropriate.

6. Changes to These Terms
